The Academy's Strategic Vision
We strive to become the primary reference for public and private sector institutions across the Arab world in acquiring Chinese expertise in the following fields and sectors: digital technology, security studies, banking and financial technology, judiciary and courts, municipalities and local governance, as well as other strategic sectors. Through this, we contribute to building Arab capacities grounded in knowledge and innovation.
We aim to be the leading regional center for capacity building and lifelong learning by adopting a distinctive “Dual Global Training” model that combines the depth of the Chinese experience (through the Arab–Chinese Academy in Hong Kong) with the leadership of the European experience (through the Cambridge Training Academy in London), and aligning both with Arab aspirations.
We seek to elevate the standard of Arab training to meet international standards through our global network, which includes the Arab–Chinese Academy (Hong Kong) as a gateway for transferring Chinese innovation, and the Cambridge Training Academy (London) as a bridge for transferring European expertise across all our areas of operation.
